Merry Christmas
The St. Mary's School under the guidance of the school management celebrated Christmas with a festive spirit on 19th December at the school premises. The assembly started with a hymn, followed by dance performance and carols by students.
The students presented a colorful skit related to the birth of Jesus Christ wherein they dressed as Joseph , Mother Mary, The Kings ( three Wiseman ) and the shepherds. Santa too made a grand entry and gave adorable poses to click.
The School initiative provided St. Maryan's an opportunity to experience the 'joy of giving' by contributing to fulfill the wishes of disadvantaged children residing at "Cheshire Home", Sundarnagar. The activity was symbolic of the endeavor of bringing smiles on the faces of the Cheshire Home.
At St. Mary's, December 19th, was the belated Birthday celebration day of our dear Vice Principal Sr. Mariam.She was felicitated at a special programme put up in his honour. Each class presented him with the bouquets given by the monitors from each class.
Sr. Mariam spoke on this occasion… Thanking the Almighty for his gift of life – the life which he wishes to dedicate for the betterment of the youth and the needy.
Fr. Principal P. Raj, Secretary Fr. David Vincent, Vice Principal Sr. Mariam , Vice Principal Fr. Pradip Marandi thanked the staff members for their dedicated service; the parents for their co-operation and the boys for being good and generous.
